Nick joined us as Head Chef in 2022 and he has brought a wealth of expertise in food and nutrition to the role. He trained as a pâtisserie chef and has a City and Guilds Level 706-1-2 along with a Business and Management qualification. Nick loves to provide the residents with high quality home cooked food; and he is brilliant leader in the kitchen, always supporting the development of his colleagues.
