This afternoon residents appreciated an outing to @stgeorgesbris to see 'The Paddington Trio', a talented Cellist, Violinist and Pianist. We were delighted to have front row seats for this magnificent performance in the grand historical venue.

We've sure had a heartwarming evening together; staff supported residents to wrap up warm for a sparklers display, whilst hot mulled cider and hot chocolates were served. One of the residents was so moved by the evening that she stood up to give a speech of thanks to the Wellbeing Team and Care Team. How lovely!

Katherine House & Griffiths House have been collecting donations for @nbsgfoodbank to help people in the community who are going hungry or in crisis. Thank you to the residents, staff, family and friends who donated to the amazing food bank. The homes Chaplain, Laura, (pictured) hosted a beautiful Harvest Service this week, an opportunity for everyone to come together, share the things we're grateful for and give to people in need. We were even joined by a furry friend 🍁

Yesterday we shared some autumnal poetry together, with many residents volunteering to read aloud, before getting cosy with a hot chocolate with cream. This was enjoyed alongside classical music inspired by beautiful autumn 🍂
