Lorraine has been a valued member of our team for over eleven years. She particularly enjoys making sure that the residents’ rooms are clean and welcoming, with freshly laundered clothes, sheets and towels. Lorraine loves to help residents where she can and she enjoys listening to their stories. Residents and staff describe Lorraine as kind, reliable and team spirited.
