Nic joined our talented kitchen team in 2016 and she certainly has a flair for creating delicious flavours. Nic takes great pride in her work, with the quality of presentation matching the five star quality of the food.
Staff and residents can always tell when Nic has prepared the porridge at breakfast, and they know if she’s prepared the potatoes too, usually accompanied by plenty of ‘chef’s kiss’ gestures from our residents in the dining room! In Nic’s own words “I’ve always loved cooking and knew at an early age that I wanted to cook for a career. Preparing meals for our wonderful residents is incredibly rewarding.”
