From our management team through to care assistants, activities co-ordinators, housekeepers and kitchen staff, we work hard to find and recruit individuals who share our values. We invest time and resources into continuous training for all members of our team, using the expertise of outside professionals and our own in-house trainer to ensure that we’re always setting high industry standards.
